Strategic Growth Curriculum

These frameworks are developed from twenty five years of enterprise leadership across humanitarian, development, and shelter organizations. They are designed for leadership teams, senior managers, and organizations navigating growth, complexity, and systems change. Each workshop is available as a half-day session and can be adapted for keynote or multi-day intensive formats.

  • Workshop 1: From Reactive to Strategic How organizations build the systems that allow them to scale
Organizations that scale don't do more, they make better decisions about where to direct energy and how to distribute ownership across functions. This workshop gives leadership teams a practical framework for identifying where organizational capacity is being consumed versus where it generates the greatest return, and for building cross-functional systems that create sustainable, coordinated growth.
Designed for: leadership teams, senior managers, and organizations at an inflection point.

  • Workshop 2: Messaging That Moves Stakeholders Value propositions, segmentation, and the discipline of saying less
Organizations don't lose partnerships, funding, or alignment because their work lacks impact, they lose it because their messaging tries to speak to everyone at once. This workshop helps leadership teams clarify what different stakeholders actually value and build distinct, compelling messages for each without starting from scratch.
Designed for: leadership teams, communications and partnership leads, and organizations managing complex multi-stakeholder environments.

  • Workshop 3: Building a Multi-Year Strategy Moving from annual cycles to sustainable long-term partnerships and resource planning
Annual cycles create instability and drain organizational capacity. This workshop helps leadership teams identify long-term partnership opportunities, build multi-year frameworks that align strategy with operations, and develop the institutional relationships that create predictable, renewable support.
Designed for: senior leadership, strategy and partnership teams, and organizations ready to move beyond short-term thinking.
