Retreat Facilitation
OGRA Foundation Strategic Plan Retreat
Utilizing the past strategic plan, visiting programs and project sites, and working with OGRA’s staff, I lead, managed, and facilitated a 3-month review of all OGRA Foundation programs and projects, identifying gaps, and setting goals for 2012-2017.
To complete the project, I developed and facilitated a participatory staff and board retreat in Eldoret, Kenya. The purpose of the retreat was to:

OGRA's retreat was a huge success! Relationships were strengthened, programs refined, and OGRA Foundation is now poised to positively impact local, national and international development goals for the next 5 year. The 2012-2017 Strategic Plan was approved and ready to be implemented by OGRA Staff and stakeholders.

- Review OGRA Foundation’s program and project, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats, successes, and challenges.
- Ensure the accuracy of the review and new plan.
- Identify and fill program and project gaps.
- Refine and finalize OGRA Foundation future direction and goals.
- Create buy-in and align staff and board on OGRA Foundation’s future direction and goals.
