I’m Serena Kelsch, and I’m glad you’re here.
For twenty five years I have focused on one consistent challenge: helping organizations scale their impact by building the enterprise architecture that connects strategy, partnerships, and funding into coherent growth engines.
I have spent my career inside the hardest problems in humanitarian relief, development, and shelter, working alongside organizations and partners operating across Africa, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Central America, the Pacific, and North America. The work has never been simple, and that is exactly what draws me to it.
In my most recent role I built the partnership and resource development systems that grew organizational impact from 100,000 to 200,000 people served, while contributing to broader organizational growth from roughly $8M to $25M. Those numbers matter. But what I am most proud of is the infrastructure behind them: the multi-year partnership models, the cross-functional systems, the operating architecture that made growth sustainable long after any single initiative ended.
That is what I build. Not just strategy on paper, but the living systems that let organizations grow, adapt, and deliver on their mission at scale.
